  1. Combine Dry Ingredients. Sift together the dry ingredients into a medium bowl.

  1. Bake. Place muffin pan on the center rack of the oven and bake at 400°F for 15-17 minutes.

    Jumbo Muffins: Bake 20-23 minutes.
